Learning Qi Gong and practicing it daily yourself could be the kindest and most self-loving gesture for supporting your emotional and physical health.
I am certified by Qi Gong Grand Master Ou and Pangu Shengong International Research Institute teach Pangu Moving Form Qi Gong and Pangu Non-Moving Form Qi Gong.
There are many styles of Qi Gong known in the world today.
Some are very old; some are intended for specific purposes. They all have the basic intention of balancing and building vital life energy (generally refered to as Qi/Chi). In fact, there is no approach to health – eastern or western, holistic or allopathic – that will lead to permanent healing if the one who is suffering does not have enough foundational energy in their bodies to support that healing.
Practicing correctly a highly efficient and potent form of Qi Gong daily is an excellent way to fill your energy reservoirs to set the groundwork for resolution of symptoms and healing.
Pangu Shengong, also know as Pangu Mystical Qi Gong, is unique. Balancing and strengthening the energy from the Sun and the Moon (also known as yin and yang) in the body, mind, heart, and soul, it works efficiently and immediately to bring dedicated practitioners into harmony with nature and the world around them.
For deep and lasting healing, the heart, soul, and body must be fortified and elevated.
Pangu Mystical Qi Gong has a strong soul connection that many Qi Gongs practiced today have lost. It is taught only by Master Ou himself or certified instructors who teach and transmit the foundational energy during instruction.
I am certified by Pangu Shengong International Research Institute teach Pangu Moving Form Qi Gong and Pangu Non-Moving Form Qi Gong – also known respectively as PGSG Foundational Qi Cultivation and PGSG Cognitive and Sensory Perception Development.
