SUMMARY:Women's Evolutionary Circle Begins
DESCRIPTION:-10 sessions total-\nWomen grow in a supportive community of loving and compassionate witnesses. We all have in our DNA mastery of joyful\, harmonious living. Personally\, as someone who tends to be an introverted Lone Wolf\, I know without a shadow of a doubt that the communities of women I have shown up for in the last ten years are an integral part of my cultivating my inner strength and resiliency. We benefit from having a place to share our vulnerabilities and to discern the path to APPLY the wisdom we contain (even if we haven’t yet remembered it all –  *GRIN*).\n\n\nI have decided to offer this Circle now because\n(1) it has been requested by clients and colleagues and\n(2) I know the power of a Sisterhood of Masters.\n\n\nDo you have a desire to continue growing in mastery and healing into a life that keeps getting better and better?\n\n\nThe intention of this group is:\n-part-workshop\n-part-healing circle\n-part discussion\n…where we learn tools and methods for applying teachings and hold a sincere intention to build a sisterhood in these circles where all women are supported in their evolution and we each increase in non-judgemental awareness and healing and creating new paths.\n\n\nWe shall continue to quiet the self-critic\, expand our capacity for kindness and grace\, and be curious about evolving our judgments that are not serving us in the highest way. We shall acknowledge how to harmonize our energy with that which we are interacting… (i.e. less drained by others and stay energized even when you previously felt depleted. Hello\, Empowered Empaths!)\n\n\n\nJoy is your birthright!\n\n\n\nSo that we may consistently Apply Apply Apply the wisdom we’ve learned for a new chapter that starts NOW.\n\n\n(Additionally\, all participants will be sent healing energy for 15 minutes daily Monday – Friday between 6:30am-8:00am window. All you need to do is intend to receive this during the months we are connected in Circle.)\n\nFor the spring we will be referring to the book\, The Fifth Agreement\, by Don Miguel Ruiz and Don Jose Ruiz.  (There is no requirement to read\, only the invitation.  It will greatly support the work we will be doing in the Circle but I will review the teaching in the book as we go.) Even if you are familiar with the book\, I encourage you to read it again – I assure you even if you think you “know” the Four Agreements and the Fifth Agreement\, this will be a new\, up-level experience. \nWe will read through the first 2 chapters by our second meeting. We will take 25-35 pages every 2 weeks… Feel free to use the Audio version if that is better for you… and remember there is no REQUIREMENT to read at all… \n\nFor the first season of these circles\, we will meet 10 times\, February through June (approximately 2 times a month. Usually these will be every other week; see schedule of dates.)\n\n\nWe will be meeting online via Zoom these 2024 Monday dates 6:30-8:00 pm (or 8:15 pm if needed) Eastern USA Time. We will be on camera and will get to know each other. Please eat before or after class and bring your tea or water to the sessions. Others are more of a summary.)\n\nQ: What if I already know that I will miss a class or two?\nA: One of the great things about this Circle\,  is that the energy of the Circle is there even if you can’t be present at the same time we meet. \n\nFor what its worth\, when I miss my own in-person women’s circle when out of town\, I check with sisters after a missed class and get the gist of the missed content and any “extension” suggestions…  \n\nI am going to suggest that this group develop a similar\, informal system if someone misses….\n\n\n\nIt’s up to you of course! If you are feeling the yes\, I trust it will be awesome however it unfolds. \n\n\nQ: Will sessions be recorded?\nA: No. This is for privacy reasons and also\, most importantly\, to hold the intention that we commit to being present in the same time and place for our meetings.  \n\nQ: I don’t really feel comfortable sharing the things that I’m struggling with with strangers/people I know. Will I still get much from the Circle if I am quieter?\nA: First\, these sessions are not group therapy.  While we will check in with each other generally\, we will not be encouraging the repeating of stories that could be keeping us from growing.  \nSecond\, not all people are as skilled as others at holding space so as not to be drawn into the energy of someone else’s suffering.  We will be learning how to listen and be present with compassionate and loving stance that does not cost us.  Hello to Empowered Empathy!\nThird\, I will be encouraging you to allow the group to witness where you might struggle.  You won’t be the only one\, most likely\, with that challenge! So be brave.  Experience the empowerment of being vulnerable and soft and safe! No need to be overly specific.  If needed we can have a private session to discuss details…\n\nQ: I don’t have any experience with energy work and I am not sure I want that.\nA: Everything is energy. Everything has energy. So\, while I am holding a container for us to gather with my intention and experience\, these sessions though are not like groups I have done before.  We are looking to APPLY APPLY APPLY the guidance we have learned or are learning. In this safe community\, we are learning to FISH. I am not “fishing” for you. So while we are learning tools to move emotional states\, old limiting beliefs\, and stories that keep us small\, I will not be facilitating directly your progress.  You are the one who can do that best!
