What are “VIP Days” with Erin Tracy?
“VIP Days” are private, transformational healing retreats for 1–3 women. Each retreat is co‑created with you and tailored to your needs—whether that’s trauma resolution, returning to pleasure, embodiment practices, or simply sacred rest and reflection in a powerful and transformational container.
Who is this retreat for?
The VIP retreat is for women who:
- Have worked with or studied under Erin Tracy, or follow her work—and already resonate with her grounded, intuitive style
- Know they need more than a group event—seeking deep, personalized support
- Are ready to pause, heal, and re‑center their energy, body, and spirit

How do I reserve my spot?
A $500 deposit (electronic transfer or credit card) holds your dates. Once received, your spot is secured. All credit card payments have a 3% charge added to them
What is the payment & refund policy?
- Deposit: $500 to hold your dates.
- Refunds:
- Up to 90 days before retreat start: 100% refundable if paid by electronic transfer (minus a 4% administrative fee).
- Between 89–45 days before start: $100 of the deposit is refundable and 100% of any fees paid (minus 4% administrative fee).
- Within 45 days of start: the deposit is non‑refundable. Other fees paid refundable until 30 days before (minus 3% administrative fee).
- Within 30 days of start: No fees refundable.
- Balance Due: All remaining fees are due 30 days before the retreat start.
- Credit Card Surcharge: 3% on all card payments.
Can I set up a payment plan?
Yes—just let us know your preferred schedule, and we’ll arrange a plan that works for us both.
Can I transfer or defer my booking?
Up to 45 days before the retreat, you may transfer your spot to another participant (with their completed intake form). Deferrals to future dates are handled case by case—please contact us directly.
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes. All attendees must have valid travel insurance covering the entirety of their travels, including the retreat dates. Proof of coverage is required prior to arrival.
What level of fitness do I need?
You should be able to navigate stairs and walk on hills or uneven paths safely. If you have mobility concerns, let us know in advance so we can ensure appropriate accommodations.
What should I bring?
- Comfortable clothing for movement practices
- Layers for varying temperatures (especially in mountain or coastal climates)
- Sturdy walking shoes for hikes and excursions
- Journal, water bottle, and any personal items for your comfort
- Copy of your travel insurance certificate
What happens after I submit the intake form?
- We’ll review your responses and schedule a brief call to align your intentions with dates and room availability.
- Once you confirm, you’ll receive an invoice for your deposit (or full payment) and any payment‑plan details. Your spot is not held until the deposit is received.
- You’ll then receive a welcome packet with packing suggestions, and preparation resources, including your information about booking your pre-retreat session with me.
Can I bring a friend or partner?
These retreats are designed for individual healing and personalized attention. In RARE cases, a guest request can be considered—please inquire early to discuss.
Will the sessions be private or group?
Each day includes private one‑on‑one sessions with Erin. Small‑group facilitated teaching (max 3 participants) may be offered for movement practices or guided meditations or the embodiment of spiritual practices.
What COVID‑19 or health precautions are in place?
We follow local health guidelines. If you’re feeling unwell before arrival, please notify us immediately so we can discuss options under our refund policy. This is why travel insurance is important.
What languages are used?
All sessions and materials are conducted in English. No translation services are provided.
