This isn’t about pretending that difficult things aren’t difficult.

It’s about discovering that your capacity for joy can exist alongside the complicated, unfinished parts of being human.

Sometimes we’ve become so practiced at holding everything together, anticipating what might go wrong, tending to everyone else, or working on ourselves that receiving can feel surprisingly unfamiliar.

Over four weeks, we’ll gently explore what happens when you stop requiring yourself to earn the good—and begin allowing yourself to experience more of it.

Each 75-minute gathering will be a guided experience that may include gentle movement, teaching and reflection, guided practices, writing, and space for connection and sharing. Plan to be in a private place. Sessions are recorded in case you have to miss.
