I do want to let you know that my doctor called today and my thyroid has a higher reading. It is still below normal range, but it’s better. I believe my sessions with you have benefited my health.

Wanted to touch base with you about Ql Gong and my feelings. First, each time I [practice Qi Gong] my hands get very warm and a little tingly. Just wanted to let you know how well I am doing since our session yesterday! The twinges in my back are fewer and farther in between, and I haven’t taken a flexeril since yesterday morning!!
